Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

Welcome to First Care Training (www.firstcaretraining.com). By accessing our website and enrolling in our BLS or CPR courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

First Care Training provides professional emergency cardiovascular care and first aid instruction. Completing a course successfully depends on your attendance, participation, and passing required practical and written evaluations according to certifying guidelines.

2. Registration and Payment.

  • All class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your seat.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy.

Because our classes have limited seating to maintain strict instructor-to-student ratios, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellations: Requests for a full refund must be made at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 72 hours] prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your class up to [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] before the class starts at no extra charge. Late rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, your tuition is forfeited, and no refund or free rescheduling will be provided.

4. Course Attendance and Tardiness.

CPR and BLS classes are tightly timed and strictly regulated by certifying bodies. Students who arrive more than [Insert Time, e.g., 10 or 15 minutes] late may be barred from entry to prevent disruption and maintain compliance. In this event, registration fees are non-refundable, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability.

First Care Training and its instructors teach standard, accepted lifesaving protocols. However, First Care Training is not liable for any real-world outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from a student's administration of CPR, BLS, or first aid techniques outside of the classroom environment.

6. Governing Law.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of this website or our training services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
